RBE offers premium branding and marketing services including but not limited to:Personal brand strategy & consultingLinkedIn content creation & optimizationVisual brand assets (banners, carousels, kits)Authority positioning and lead magnet developmentWebsite design, Instagram setup, and DM outreach (optional add-ons)Services may be offered as monthly retainers or one-time packages, as outlined on our website or through a custom agreement.2. Client Responsibilities
By working with us, you agree to:Provide accurate and timely information needed for your projectReview and approve deliverables within stated timeframesMake timely payments as outlined in your service agreement or invoiceCommunicate respectfully and professionallyWe reserve the right to pause or terminate service if cooperation or payment obligations are not met.3. Payments & Refunds
Payment terms will be stated in your proposal or invoice.Most services require upfront payment or a deposit before work begins.Recurring monthly packages are billed on a rolling 30-day cycle.Refunds are generally not provided for completed work, strategy sessions, or digital products unless otherwise agreed in writing.4. Intellectual Property
All custom branding materials, graphics, and strategy documents delivered by RBE are the intellectual property of RBE until full payment is received. Once paid in full:You are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the materials for personal or business purposes.You may not resell, distribute, or modify the content without written consent.We reserve the right to showcase non-sensitive client work in our portfolio or promotional materials.5. Confidentiality
We respect your privacy and confidentiality. Any sensitive or proprietary business information you share with us will not be disclosed to third parties without your permission, except where required by law.6. Website Usage
